The meeting was called to order at 7PM at the home of Darrel Del Duca by VP Robyn Hall presiding in the absence of Dwight Storm. Present were Annmarie Garber, Joe Steinbach, Bob Engel, Jay Haworth, Darrel Del Duca and Diane Lekic

After an opening prayer, the December meeting minutes were approved and seconded.

The report was submitted and approved.

OLD BUSINESS

REVIEW OF XMAS LIGHTING CONTEST AND PARTY
A review of the Christmas Lighting Contest was discussed and all were in agreement it was a success and should be continued this year.
 
It was agreed that the Christmas Party was also a huge sucess with many in attendance . . . more than in previous years. Hiroo Shiba was not present at the board meeting, so many details was not discussed.
 
UPDATE ON DWIGHT STORM
Dwight Storm is recovering nicely at home.

NEW BUSINESS

TRASH TREASURER'S REPORT
As of January 09, 2013 Waste Management payments had been received from 27 households. . . . there are 130 homes in Columbine Manor. Board Members will receive updates regarding payments received from their sector. Neighbors who have not paid by January 31, will be contacted by board member to determine the neighbor's status.
 
ANNUAL MEETING/SPRING SOCIAL
Annual meeting is planned for February 09, 2013. Board members should be at Columbine United Church at 4:30PM for set-up and cooking. Meeting will start at 6Pm, dinner 6:30PM, magican and raffle at 7PM..

2013 BUDGET
2013 Budget was present by Treasurer Darrel Del Duca. There was much discussion regarding additions, subractions and deletions to the budget. A revised budget will be presented to the board for approval. It will then be presented to the membership for approval at the Annual Meeting.
 
MANOR BANNER
Manor Banner was discussed. . . the main feature will be the Annual Meeting . . . the front page article. There will be a flyer produced and distributed featuring the February Annual Meeting.
Requests were made for possible new board members. They will be introduced and elected at the Annual Meeting.
 
EASTER EGG HUNT
Easter Egg Hunt. . . postponed for 2013. This was determined because Easter is March 31 weather could be a factor both before and after Easter.
 
NEW NEIGHBORS
New neighbors . . . Ross and Heather Eddy reside at 5141 W. Fremont Dr.

MEETING ADJOURNED
Meeting adjourned at 8:45 PM. Next Board Meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 06,2013 at the home of Robyn and Tim Hall.
