CMPOA Board Meeting Minutes February 6, 2013
The meeting was
called to order at the home of Robyn Hall, acting President. Present were Annemarie Garber, Diane Lekic, Darrel Del Duca,
Doreen Smith, Hiroo Shiba, and Bob Engel.
A motion
was made and seconded to approve the January 9th Board
meeting minutes.
TREASURER'S
REPORT
To date
there are 123 members of CMPOA.
TRASH
TREASURER'S REPORT
Two
deposits were made for renewal of Waste Management services.
OLD
BUSINESS
Annual
Meeting/Spring Social
A contract/invoice
for the magician to perform at the upcoming event was reviewed and approved.
The
expense budget for 2013 was distributed to all Board members.
A discussion
of the time line for
events planned for the meeting followed. These included reports by officers - the "State of the Manor' to be given by Vice
President Robyn Hall, and the Treasurer's Report by Treasurer Darrel Del Duca.

Ryan
and Jennifer Richards have recently moved into Columbine Manor - they are at 5143 GeddesCircle.
TIME
LINE FOR FUTURE EVENTS AND SOCIALS
The
Summer Picnic will be held this year on June 8, from 1-4 pm.
There
will be a roll-off dumpster available for disposal of large trash items. It will be available on the weekend of June 29th and 30th.
Oktoberfest
will take place on Sept. 28th from noon - 3 pm.
The
Christmas Pizza Party is scheduled for Dec.7th.
