CMPOA Board Meeting Minutes July 10, 2013

The meeting was called to order at 7:27 pm at the home of Bob Engel.  Present were: Bob Engel, Joe Steinbach, Darrel Del Duca, Annemarie Garber, Diane Lekic, and Doreen Smith.

The June minutes were reviewed and then approved.

TRASH TREASURER’S REPORT

The balance in this account for Waste Management services is $473.72.

One new household was added to the account.  

TREASURER’S REPORT

The balance in our HOA account is $5,856.61.

Total expenses for the last month, including the June picnic, were $706.78.

REVIEW OF EXPENSE BUDGET AND CASH FLOW WORKSHEET

There was discussion about the June picnic coming in over-budget and further discussion of estimating cost-per-person for events.

UPDATE ON NEIGHBORS:

HOME VACANCIES/FOR SALE

There are currently no homes for sale, no vacancies, and no homes under contract.

NEW NEIGHBOR BASKETS

Robyn Hall delivered a new neighbor basket to 5019 W. Fremont Ave.

Doreen Smith delivered a new neighbor basket to Matt and Sarah Garrett at 5132 W. Fremont Avenue.

The next addition of the Manor Banner will be out in September and include the invitation to Oktoberfest.

Josh Littrell will attend the next meeting for an update on the CMPOA Facebook page.

REVIEW OF ROLL-OFF DUMPSTER

The dumpster was filled almost to capacity.

OKTOBERFEST

Diane Hicks has offered to help with Oktoberfest.

YARD-OF-THE-MONTH

July’s winners are:  George and Inger Page at 5020 West Fremont Avenue. They were presented with a $50 gift certificate to Home Depot.

Next month’s meeting will be held at the home of Joe Steinbach on August 14 at 7 pm.

The September meeting will take place at the home Diane Lekic; date to be determined.

The meeting adjourned at 8:30 pm.
