The meeting opened with prayer at 7:25 PM

In attendance were Dwight Storm, Darrel Del Duca, Bob Engel, Michael Derou, Candy Dixon and Diane Hicks. 

Dwight distributed the June 2007 minutes and agenda. Names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses were documented.

Dwight made a very nice departing speech and left the meeting.

Manor Banner: we need someone to do the Manor Banner this year.  Jolene said she would  publish again and Diane will ask Liz Wuest if she would edit.  Dwight will still do the printing at his church.

Meeting time and date: We decided to meet on the same evening- 2^nd Wednesday of each  month at 7PM.  The next Meeting will be at the Bob Engel home, 7327 S. Platte Canyon Drive.

There was discussion about behavior of the board members during and after the meetings ie. no gossiping, be respectful, keep to the business at hand, majority rules and don’t do things without approval of board.
