The meeting opened with prayer at 7:12 PM
In attendance were Dwight Storm, Jim Barnhill, Darrel Del Duca, Annemarie
Garber, Larry Lekic, Bob Engel, Candy Dixon and Diane Hicks.
May minutes were reviewed and approved.
Old Business:
- Annual Picnic is going well. Food drinks, coolers, tables and tents are taken care
of. Motion made and passed that we will have music after food is served.
- Flags are up and lit.
- Mission statement on web site needs to be addressed by new board. The board
did not approve Dean’s.
- We need to make payments by July 30th or the fee goes to $25.00
- Members leaving the board are Larry, Dean and Dwight. Jim will retire if there
are enough elected for a complete board.
New Business:
- Dwight asked us to consider a furnace company for discounted annual service.
- Garage sale signs to go up soon.
- Need someone new to print Manor Banner. Maybe Jolene? Diane Lekic is done.
- Special Board meeting for new members at Diane Hicks’ Tuesday June 26th
at 7 PM.
- 2 houses on the market.
Treasury Report:
- We balance with the bank at $3872.10.
- Waste Management participants are at 117.
