The meeting opened with prayer at
7:00 PM
In attendance were
Dwight Storm, Jim Barnhill, Darrel Del Duca, Annemarie Garber, Candy Dixon, Larry Lekic, Dean Ellefson, Bob Engel and Dave
Hicks.
March minutes were approved as stood.
Treasury Report:
- 81 new trash participants-116 total
- 123 households have paid dues-1 new.
Old Business:
· Dues:
Motion #1-raise dues
to $25.00 – Approved unanimously
Motion #2-receive a $5.00
discount if paid by July 1st of the 2007 year - Approved unanimously
Motion #3-Have both trash
and dues paid at the same time effective 3/1/2008 - Approved unanimously.
· Valentines Day: 93 in attendance, 30 new participants. Good
job Larry!! Suggestions for next time included appetizers and desserts brought
by neighbors, curtain at kitchen for clean-up to avoid distraction, more sausage and better meatballs.
· Easter: Darrell has everything planned. Coloring pictures of eggs instead of real eggs, need volunteers.
· Pruning Demonstration moved to April 14th at Bob Engel’s home from 10:30-noon. Free tree for first 8 participants.
· Lawn of the month will have 3 sectors. May: Dean, Jim and Darrel. June: Diane Larry and Annemarie. July:
Candy, Bob and Dwight .
· Garage Sale: Saturday, June 23rd. Jim and Bob have this one, will get sign permit.
· Annual Picnic: Sunday June 24th from 1-3 PM. Dean has
$300.00, will present budget at April meeting. Female Quartet, possible porta-potty,
Littleton soccer? Need seating, loudspeaker,
and tents.
· More work needed on new board member potentials.
· Policy and Procedure manuals to Dean.
· Liability insurance is now in effect to 1 Million dollars.
· Move Manor Banner publishing date to April 1st.
· Dwight looking into the new sewer tax bill we all received.
· Covenant list is complete.
· Website needs updating. Dean needs minutes.
New Business:
· Platte Canyon
water will present a free Xeroscape seminar-no interest.
· Entry ways- little discussion.
· One home for sale $389,000.00. One more will go in June.
· May and June board meetings will be at Deans home. Next meeting
is 4/11/07.
· Dick Grey passed away.
