The meeting opened with prayer at 7:05 PM

December Minutes were approved as stood.
Treasury Report:
We balance with the bank statement at $4862.92. We have 124 members to date.
Old Business:
Holiday events
- Christmas: 13 Poinsettias were distributed to the neighbors. Dwight and Cindy also delivered
cookies and eggnog. The recipients were very happy and grateful. Caroling was canceled due to snow. The
party at CUC was fun. Approximately 60 people attended. We voted to do it again next year.
- Valentine party: Larry reports that plans are going well. Traditional spaghetti.
We will hand out invitations because the Manor Banner will not be out in time.
- Easter Hunt: Darrel has started planning the event. It will be on Sat March 31st.
Place to be determined. There is a $90 budget.
Names were thrown out for board candidates. We need to get serious.
The board voted to buy liability insurance
by 4 votes for, 1 against and 3 did not vote. Diane and Annemarie are going to check into personal liability.
The
driveway situation is not looking as good as it did. Prices are high and contractor is hard to get in touch with.
We
will have a yard of the month award. Possibly June – September. Think abut how we should go about it.
New Business:
Dwight passed out copies of all the neighbors who are under covenants.
New directories and trash
bills were given out for distribution.
Manor Banner will be out Feb. 10th. Get articles in by Jan. 19th

One house for sale is going for 380,000 down from 410,000.
Call County when there is no snow removal. See if
you have neighbors that need help.
Because of Valentines Day, our next meeting will be on 2/7/07. Diane cannot attend
so Dean will take minutes.
