Our meeting opened with prayer at 7:05 PM.

In attendance were: Dwight Storm, Jim Barnhill, Ken Dixon, Bob Engel, Annemarie Garber, Larry Lekic, Darrel Del Duca, Dean Ellefson, and Diane Hicks.

Minutes of prior meeting were approved.

Treasury Report:

Jim discovered that the bank deposited dues into trash account. There is also a $20.00 discrepancy in our favor. He will rectify that before next meeting

Old Business:

Curb #’s not finished but will be by summers end
Jody is still in charge of disaster program
Welcome basket lists given out to committee
The annual dues stand as follows: 130 homes, 58 paid, 69 not paid and 3 vacant. Some homes still needed to be contacted.
All were in agreement that the Manor Banner looked very good in August.
Dean had some problems with regulations on our Internet site. If they cannot be rectified, we will get a new provider. Will update next month.
Diane did not have any news on the loudspeaker system. Will update next month.

The Frichel family will plant a tree with a plaque in memory of Bud in the park.
We are to think of new ways to benefit our neighborhood and make joining more attractive.
Jim Barnhill will investigate pricing for flags and poles for each entrance and report next meeting
We are to think up “job” descriptions for ourselves for a COPMA policy manual.
There are currently 3 houses for sale at this time.
We will meet at Diane Hicks’ house at 7 PM on September 13.
