Meeting opened at 7:10 PM

September Minutes approved as written.
Treasury Report:
- Trash ledger shows 120 participants.
- Bank balance is consistent with our books at $5,623.05
- 83 people have paid their dues compared to 124 in 2006.
Old Business:

Halloween Parade
ready to go, need a few volunteers. Michael and Lisa Derou, Darrel Del Duca,
Bob Engel, Jim Barnhill, and Candy Dixon will help. I can get a few others.

Holiday Party
is a few months away but not much is needed for that other than advertising.

Diane will call
Liz Wuest about the Manor Banner. It is late going out.

More discussion
on how to keep up with the yards in the neighborhood. 3 steps of action to be
taken in 2-week intervals.

personal courtesy call to the house in question to see if they need any help from the neighbors with their work
3) Call
the city.
We would hate to get to 3 but will if the neighbor in question refuses to take the calls Seriously.
- Yard Of The Month went to Glen and Nancy Petkus. They have consistently kept their yard neat and updated.
- Jim has been busy with his home construction but will get going on
front entrance clean up this month.
- Darrell has spoken to C-DOT about keeping the weeds down at the entrances
so we can see to get out without approaching the middle of the road. The
current mower will be replaced for next year……..
- Oktoberfest was a lot of fun- 60 people attended. Not as many kids this year? Games and face painting were fun
and everyone loved the fire truck. Way too much money spent though. $500.00, $300.00 over. Will talk about that in the next meeting.
New Business:
- ICE: In Case Of Emergency.
Number in your cell phone in case you are hurt. Diane will put in Manor
Banner
- Jim Barnhill will start a regular calling committee as we find this
helps attendance at functions
