In attendance were Darrel Del Duca, Annemarie Garber, Joe Weist, Michael Derou, and Diane Hicks. 

October minutes approved as written.

Treasury Report:

• Trash ledger shows 120 participants.

• Bank balance is consistent with our books at $5,448.74 with 164.20 in outstanding checks to give us a real balance of 5284.45 as of October 31, 2007.
• 92 people have paid their dues we have 28 more members to go.

Old Business:

·        Things are looking good for Holiday party.  Everything is purchased except the drinks.  Will put advertising in the next Banner.

·        We will purchase 12 poinsettias for our shut-ins and elderly neighbors, 7-10dollars each. Kay, Ethel, Moorhead’s, Mimi, Shirley, Norma, Reiders, Dona, Trudy, and others.  Diane will make cards for the plants.

·        Jim Barnhill has put together a great list of neighbors for our calling committee.  We feel this will help our neighborhood be more aware of events and our showing would be better.

·        We went back over our budget and Darrell gave us a revised version.  Some events came out ahead, come behind.  The Manor Banner will need more money budgeted as well.  So far we seem to be running pretty much in balance.  We reiterated that if we need more money than is budgeted for our events, we need to get permission.

·        The flyers were a big success and overall the neighborhood looks much better.  The pods are gone, hedges are trimmed, and vehicles are moved off the street.  There are a couple of places that may need some more help.  Darrell will knock on those doors and see if they need some help.  We will go from there.

·        The entrances got a sprucing up and look nice.  We will look at fixing them up in the spring.       

·        The Web page still needs some cleaning up.  The web master is out of town but will work on it when he gets back.

New Business:

• We need to start looking for replacements for the board. Think People think!!
• We want to start a committee for the entrances.  We do not think Jim has to do that.  He does enough. Let’s think of some ideas.
