Meeting opened at 7:05 PM
In attendance were Darrel DelDuca, Annemarie Garber, Joe Wuest, Michael Derou, Candy
Dixon, Bob Engel, Kim Kahout and Diane Hicks.
December minutes approved as written.
Treasury
Report:
- Bank balance was not received. Our books are at $5,599.35 as of December 31, 2007.
- 115 people have paid their dues we have 9 more members to go for 2007-2008.
- We have 9 members who have paid their 2008-2009 trash and dues.
Old Business:
- Can’t seem to track down the last sign. Will
put out a call in the Manor Banner.
- We believe that the yards are in pretty good shape. Some
are slipping but it is winter so unless things get really bad we will wait until spring and have a big spring cleaning with
1 maybe 2 dumpsters.
- We are coming into the last year of our contract with Waste Management. Will need to renegotiate. All letters went tout for trash
money collection.
- Christmas party was fun. Not as many people as last year but still worthwhile to continue. We will have it a week earlier next year.
- Valentines/spaghetti dinner. Diane has church reserved. Will have same menu with deserts being brought by attendants. We will have drawings for prizes. Darrell will get those.
Diane will get tickets and see about a microphone. Some for kids and some for adults.
Set up is 3PM, dinner from 6-8pm.
- Candy will do Easter Hunt. Wrong date in Manor Banner.
- Still need Board members.
New Business:
- Kay Mendenhall is in assisted living. Yolanda is in the hospital.
We will send cards
- Manor Banner articles are due. Everyone needs to send one!
- Darrell will call city about the newly assessed water tax.
- Keep eyes open for people who need help with snow removal.
Meet at Candy Dixon’s
home again in February.
