In attendance were Darrel DelDuca, Annemarie Garber, Joe Wuest, Michael Derou, Candy Dixon, Bob Engel and Diane Hicks. 

January minutes approved as written.

Treasury Report:

• 112 people have paid their dues we have 5 more members to go for 2007-2008 as of 1/31/08.
• We have 64 members who have paid their 2008-2009 trash and dues as of 1/31/08.
• Our Trash/Dues Account is at $7,691.90 as of 1/31/08.

Old Business:

• The Valentine/winter party was a hit.  There were about 75 people there.  The drawing was fun and almost every child received a gift card to Dairy Queen.  We will do that again next year.

• Candy will do Easter Hunt.  Had about 30-35 kids last year and will plan for that again this year.  It will be in the park on 3-15-08 at 1pm, show up ½ hour ahead to set up.
• Still need Board members. Thoughts are Hiro Sheba, Kathy Kelly and Joe Stunbach. 

New Business:

• Put our phone numbers in the Manor Banner to make it easier to call us.
• Discussion on Manor Banner frequency.  We decided to keep it as is.  We like the interaction with the neighbors.
• Waste Management did raise their rates 6.60 as promised.  Renegotiate for next year.
• Picnic plans: June 22^nd from 1-4 PM.  Chicken again, folks bring desert and salads according to last name.

Meet at Candy Dixon’s home again in March to stuff eggs for hunt.

Darrell will host in April.
