Columbine Manor Property Owners Association (CMPOA)

 Special Board Meeting

A special board meeting was held on Tuesday June 24, 2008 to elect officers for the 2008/2009 fiscal year for CMPOA.

The meeting was called to order by past president Darrel Del Duca at 7: PM.

Those present were Darrel Del Duca, Hiroo Shiba, Hannah Shiba, LuAnn McGuire, Jim Barnhill, Annemarie Garber, Joe Steinback, Michael Derou, Bob Engel, and Joe Wuest.

Telephone numbers and e-mail addresses were collected.

Officers were elected by the board and are as follows

Darrel Del Duca President

Hiroo Shiba Vice President

LuAnn McGuire Secretary

Joe Wuest Treasure

It was decided that we will continue to have our monthly meeting on the second

Wednesday or each month at 7: PM. at the following locations.

July 9, 2008 home of Bob Engle

August 13, 2008 home of Darrel Del Duca

September 10, 2008 home of Jim Barnhill

October 8, 2008 home of Hiroo & Hannah Shiba

November 12, 2008 home of LuAnn McGuire

December 10, 2008 home of Joe Wuest

January 14, 2009 home of Michael Derou

February 11, 2009 home of Annemarie Garber

Darrel handed out the responsibility sheets for each member of the board. A discussion of sector responsibilities was discussed. The need to get volunteers in your sector to help each board member was strongly recommended.  There was also a discussion on the attitudes of the board members. It was decided that the sectors would be divided up between all board members and be given out at the next board meeting. Darrel will do this with other board members help.
