Darrel Del Duca, President called the meeting
to order at approximately 1:40 PM.
Dwight Storm Past President opened the
meeting with a prayer.
Darrel Del Duca announced a quorum was
present, and recognized Dwight Storm for his accomplishment in getting the Waste Management trash removal started. The cost
savings has been significant over the past 3 years. Thanks Dwight.
Darrel advised people it the meeting that
there were six homes for sale in the neighborhood. Several articles in the newspaper are warning people to be on the look
out for suspicious people removing items from the homes. These people are often thieves and should be reported to police.
Secretary Diane Hicks read the porposed
by-law chance in section one and two of the by laws changing the fiscal year from June 1 to May 31st. to March
1st to February 28/29 to coinside with the Waste Management contract for trash pickup. This was voted on by the
members present and passed with a majority.
President Darrel Del Duca asked everyone
to complet and returns the survey that was distributed with the June news letter. Darrel also asked the member ship to give
us any information about members of our armed services so they could be recognized in the Manor Banner news letter. We would
also like to hear any information about goings on in the neighborhood. Such as new children or grand children, graduations,
or just what is happening in our area.
Treasure Joe Wuest gave the treasures report
for the last fiscal year. Stating the costs had gone over budget for some of the events and the cost of publishing the Manor
Banner went up. The treasure still has 4319.00 in it.
President Darrel Del Duca called for an
adjournment at approximaterly 2:00 PM. Motion carried. The Meeting was adjourned to a picnic of chicken, roll, salads and
desert. There were aproximaterly 67 people in attendance this year.
