Old Business:
- Jim offered to pick up the
“Yard of the Month” sign and store it until next summer.
- Still need more articles for
the Manner Banner, send articles to Liz Wuest. Snow removal assistance will be
run again in the paper. Additionally, the board wants to recognize Jan B for
her Food Drive efforts in the neighborhood – plan to put in article
in the banner.
New Business:
- The Waste Management contract
was discussed by the board. The price increases per year are anticipated at 5
%. We discussed the fuel surcharge and how it is determined. It is based on a formula of nationwide costs – too early to know the exact percent expected. Additional details will be coming forward as the costs are firmed up for early review
by all residents.
- New business included more
discussions of the Holiday (Xmas) party to be held on December 6th from 6-10 pm. Discussion of the menu and budget for the event
as well as activities. Coordination of setup and supplies will be done closer
to the event. Hiroo/Hannah and LuAnn will be collecting the RSVP’s for
the event. Flyer will be finalized
the week of November 17th for distribution.
- Christmas Poinsettias were
discussed, board members to get any names to Annemarie to determine number of plants needed.
- Decoration the entrances with
garland was discussed as a good idea. Darrel took the action to find some reasonable
and durable decorations.
- Also, replacement of worn
out entrance signs was brought up as future action for the board.
- Incidents of neighborhood
speeding and sign vandalism were discussed and reminding neighbors to keep a watchful eye.
- Couple of board members offered
to attend Arapahoe county meeting regarding county needs and concerns of our area – meeting scheduled for November 17th.

Manor was brought up – gather any information you have to enhance the website.
