The March 11, 2009 CMPOA board meeting was called to order
at the home of Bob and Myrna Engel at 7:08 pm.
Attendees: Darrel
Del Duca, Bob Engel, Michael Derou, Joe Steinbach, Jim Barnhill, Annemarie Garber,
Hiroo Shiba, Joe Wuest, and LuAnn McGuire.
First order of business was approval of February minutes. Minutes were accepted by the board.
Additionally, the Annual Board meeting minutes were also
approved by the board.
Joe briefed the board on the treasurer’s report. Waste Management contract has been paid for the first year of the contract starting
March 1, 2009. Officially 116 households signed up for the Waste Management contract. Treasurer’s report was accepted.
Next, the final planning of the Easter egg hunt on April
4th was discussed. Joe is leading the activities and will plan a Wednesday meeting
on April 1 for the board to stuff the eggs with goodies. Rain date has been set
for April 11th. Flyer to be created to announce the event to the neighborhood.
Annual picnic details were discussed. Tentative date set for Sunday, June 28th. Joe is
checking on catering options and costs.
Couple of options for neighborhood cleanup were discussed
by the board. The rollout containers or truck pickup are being checked out by
Darrel for possible May 9th event.
Hiroo is checking into new Neighborhood watch signs as
original ones have been defaced.
Board is considering another plant sale this spring. Darrel will contact Don about feasibly of the event for late May.
Lawn of the month territories were assigned to board members
for June, July and August dates.

year as follows:
