First order of business was approval of November minutes.  Minutes were accepted by the board with no changes.

Treasurer report for November was presented by Joe W. and accepted. 

Pickup and delivery of the poinsettias was discussed for Sunday, December 13th.  Joe S, Hiroo S and Lu M will coordinate the drop-offs.  12 neighbors were identified for receipt.

Next, final details for Holiday party on December 12th from 6:30 to 8:30 pm at the Columbine United Church was discussed.  Discussion of the food, setup and kid activities was presented.  Flyers have been distributed and phone tree activated to collect RSVPs. 

 Additionally, the board voted unanimously to change the title of the party to Christmas party for 2010.

Waste management letter has been delivered to all residents and some payments have been received by Joe W.  Joe will send out a listing to all board members as we near the deadline for payments.

Valentine party  “Annual meeting” has been set for Saturday February 13th.  Board discussed some minor changes to the by laws regarding maximum number on the board and budget spend approvals – both to be presented to the members.  The party to be run by the entire board as group activity.

New business item brought forward was the Columbine Manor directory publication in 2010.  Members will be verifying information and collecting business cards from residents wishing to include their business in the directory.

 Motion to adjourn was passed at 9:10 pm.
