CMPOA Meeting minutes for the 2/17/2010 board meeting.

 

The February 17th, 2010 CMPOA board meeting was called to order at the home of Darrel and Andrea Del Duca.
 
Attendees:  Hiroo Shiba, Darrel Del Duca,  Joe Wuest, Mo Redmond, Robyn Hall and LuAnn McGuire.

 

First order of business was nominations and voting on board positions for the next year.   For 2010-2011, the positions are as follows:
President – Joe Wuest
Vice President – Hiroo Shiba
Secretary – LuAnn McGuire
Treasurer – Darrel Del Duca

 

Darrel and Mac McIntire attended a first meeting with the past president of Columbine Knolls, Lee Woodbury and Brett N. Rodewald, Recreation District regarding the improvements along the adjoining strip of land between Columbine Knolls and Columbine Manor.  More details as the two groups work together with local recreation groups and search for funding through grants, etc.

 

Darrel brought up the reallocation of the board members sections would be done by next meeting.   Darrel handed off the gavel to Joe Wuest for the rest of the meeting as new president.

 

Robyn Hall will be coordinating the Easter Egg Hunt planned for Saturday, April 3rd.   More details to follow by flyer.

 

Meeting Locations have been tentatively set thru August as follows:
March 10th – Darrel Del Duca’s home
April 14th – Joe Wuest’s home
May 12th – Mo Redmond’s home
June 9th – Hiroo Shiba’s home
July 14th – Robyn Hall’s home
Aug 11th – LuAnn McGuire’s home

 

Next meeting will be held at Darrel and Andrea Del Duca’s home on March 10th.
