The March 10th, 2010 CMPOA board meeting was called to order at the home of Darrel and Andrea Del Duca.
 
Attendees:  Joe Wuest , Hiroo Shiba, Darrel Del Duca,  Jim Barnhill, Bob Engel, Robyn Hall and LuAnn McGuire.

First order of business was approval of board minutes from the February board meetings.  Approved by board.

Treasurer’s report was read and approved by the board.

Next, status of Waste Management contract was discussed.  Invoice has been received and check was issued for payment.  Additionally, the board has received notice of change in service date to begin the first week of April.  Joe requested activation of the phone tree to remind residents that our new day is Monday instead of Tuesday.
  
The board reviewed the Annual Social and deemed it another successful event for the community.

No new details of the Columbine Knolls/Columbine Manor greenbelt to report.  Board members who missed the February 17th meeting were given an out briefing.  Suggestion to create a Columbine Manor subcommittee on the project is being added to the next Manor Banner.

New business included the reallocation of the board members sectors.  All members were given new territory and one member has been listed as alternate to support vacations, etc. for the group.
 
Planning of the Easter Egg Hunt by chair, Robyn Hall was discussed for 1 pm on Saturday, April 3rd.  Since the board meeting, the location of the hunt has been modified from the park to the neighborhood due to soccer fields in use on April 3rd.   More details to follow by flyer.
