Waste Management dumpster and recycling event was a success. Thanks
To Chris and Kelly Graves for using their trailer for the scrap metal recycling. Scrap metal brought
in $158.25 to the CMPOA fund. There was some discussion about possibly posting hours for next dumpster
and large sign on what is not allowed in the dumpster.
Plant sale – Some of our neighbors did take advantage of
the plant sale which Don Godi graciously brings in the plants to the neighborhood.
Entrance cleanup – Held last
weekend, thanks to the Wuests’, Shibas’, Del Ducas’ and Garbers’ for making the entrances presentable.
Greenbelt
meeting was held on May 18th to further discuss the Columbine Manor/Knolls greenbelt project. Entrances,
trail, and curbing were brought up. At this time, project is preliminary until possible open space
funding is secured.
