Meeting minutes for the 7/14/2010 board meeting.
The July 14th CMPOA meeting commenced at approximately 7:10 PM at the Hall home. Attendees
were: Joe Wuest, Darrel Del Duca, Robyn Hall, Annemarie Garber, Bob Engel, Joe Steinbach, Hiroo Shiba, and LuAnn McGuire.
Approval of minutes from June was the first order of business. Darrel presented the board with the treasurer’s
report. The treasurer’s report was approved by the board.
Old Business
CMPOA picnic held on June 27th was discussed. Event
went well with good attendance by the neighborhood. Estimate over 60 folks attended and enjoyed BBQ,
games and conversations with the neighbors.
Entrance painting of the turrets –
postponing scheduling of a date until next board meeting and cooler weather.
New Business
July Yard of the Month was
discussed and the team set a time to deliver the award to the winner yet this week.
Street number
painting was brought up as another fall project.
Block party date is September 18th. Joe
W initiated the discussion of the event, more details and duties to be discussed at next board meeting.
Manor Banner articles are due by 7/30/10.
Dumpster /
Recycling weekend is scheduled for weekend of September 24th. More to follow in Manor Banner.
Board adjourned at 8:10 pm, next meeting will be on August 11th at the home of Bob and LuAnn McGuire.
