Annual Meeting Minutes, February 12, 2011
Meeting stared
at 6:20 pm.
Quorum was met and a prayer was said.
State of the Manor – President Joe Wuest
- Introduction of the members of the Board of Directors
- Year in Review: Easter
Egg Hunt; Summer Picnic (rescheduled due to rain); Block Party and Christmas Party.
- Greenbelt – we are working with Columbine Knolls
on a plan to add plants and a pathway.
- Waste Management – about the same number of households are involved. One more
year left in the contract.
1. Treasurer
– Darrel Del Duca
- Under
spent on activities.
- Communication
was higher due to the publishing of a new directory.
- “No Solicitor” signs on the west end.
- New this year was a Christmas lights contest with prizes.
- There was a bank charge for
new checks.
- Suggestion
for a memorial for Larry Lekic.
- 2011
Budget set at $4600. Increase in welcome baskets as there are several houses for sale. Redo the house numbers
in spring.
- Motion
to approve the budget was made by Mo Redmond. Seconded by Yolanda Smith. Budget passed.
2. Board of Directors Election
- Joe Steinbach and Hiroo Shiba
are up for reelection. LuAnn McGuire will step down.
- Motion moved to reelect Joe and Hiroo made by Ann Gonzales. Second
done by Mo Redmond. Motion passed.
3. By-laws. No changes from the board or the floor.
4. Motion to adjourn made by Mo Redmond. Second
done by Kay White.
