February 9th CMPOA meeting commenced
at approximately 7:08 PM at Wuest residence. Attendees were: Joe Wuest, Darrel Del Duca, Robyn Hall, Mo Redmond, Jim
Barnhill, Bob Engel, and LuAnn McGuire.
Approval of minutes from January meeting was the first order
of business. Darrel presented the board with the treasurer’s report. The treasurer’s
report was approved by the board – good progress on Waste Management trash payments in the neighborhood.
Old Business
Board received nice Thank you note from Diane Lekic on the generosity
of the neighborhood and board on her recent loss of her husband, Larry Lekic.
Over 109
participants in the Waste Management Trash disposal program as of February 9th. Board members
still following up on a few outstanding accounts.
New Business
Majority
of meeting spent to finalize details for the Annual meeting on February 19th at the Columbine United Church
at 6:00 pm. Tasks related to the meeting were discussed. Darrel is bringing
the spaghetti fixings’ and cooking, Raffle tickets are in hand, Robyn is getting decorations and gluten free noodles,
Joe W is bringing the refreshments, Jim will activate the phone tree to remind our neighbors and Mo is working on potential
new name tags. Everyone is requested to show up around 5:00 pm for setup, decorations, and food preparation.
Easter egg hunt date is set for Saturday, April 16th at 1 pm – Mo Redmond’s home (or park
if available). Robyn and Mo will be working on the supplies, refreshments, crafts, etc for the popular
event for the kids!!
Board adjourned at 8:20 pm, next meeting will be the annual meeting
on February 19th.
