CMPOA Board meeting minutes from March 8, 2011.  

Attendees; Darrel, Joe S, Bob, Joe W, Mo, Robyn.

Meeting began at 7:05 at Darrel's house

Minutes and Treasurer's report were approved. 

Old business: 

121 members are paid for 2011 out of 130 residents. 

Darrel paid neighborhood bill for Waste Management. It is our 6th year for a neighborhood discount plan with W.M. 

Our annual meeting (Spaghetti Dinner) attendance was 47-50 residents.

New business:

We came up with a schedule of parties and events for the remainder of 2011. The schedule is as follows-

April 16th at 1 pm- Easter Egg Hunt and party. Location: Mo Redmond's house. Party supplies and details: Robyn Hall. Joe W is to supply bottled water and a cooler. Mo will supply 2 tables and Darrel will bring 1 table. Board Members to meet at Mo's between 12 and 12:15 pm to help set up and hide eggs.

Annual Picnic: June 19th at 1 pm in Columbine Manor park. Board members meet at Bob Engel's house at 11:30 am. Robyn will order the food from Schneids Smoke Shack. Joe will bring the drinks. 

Oktoberfest is going to be Sept. 17th at Joe Wuest's house; he will be in charge of food and etc. 

Christmas Pizza Party to be Dec. 2nd at the Church. 

First Dumpster with recycle May 14th-15th. It will be by Joe W's house.

Second dumpster Sept. 24-25. It will be by Encinias. 

We will ask for the sign [No hazardous waste] to go on the dumpsters.

Dec. Christmas lighting contest to be judged before Dec 18th. Party for board after will be at Joe W's house or Mo's house. 

Our website is updated.

The new access road and park off of Platte Canyon before C-470 is open, it will have a new fishing pier too.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:05 pm.
