Minutes & Treasurers report were approved

Doreen reported $555 (in neighborhood donations) to Japan relief fund. $380 to Red Cross and $175 to Save the Children
The money that Joe Steinbach's daughter saved and donated is still to be added to these totals. 

Robyn wrote an article about the 2011 Easter Egg Hunt and she gave it to Liz for the newsletter.

New Business

Dumpster and metal recycle- May 14-15th and entrance clean up on May 14th

Mr. Barnhill will organize a team for curb number painting 

Summer picnic is Sunday, June 12th at 1:00 pm at Columbine Manor Park

-Board Member's meet at Bob Engel's at 11:00 a.m. to help with set up at the park

-The announcement will be on the front page of the Manor Banner Newsletter

-Robyn and Hiroo are ordering from Schneid's and planning the games. It will be the usual games plus water balloons for the kids. 

-Joe W will bring the coolers of drinks

-A-K brings a dessert, L-Z brings a side dish

-Board Member's meet at Bob Engel's at 11:00 a.m. to help with set up at the park
