I.                    May minutes approved

II.                 Treasurer’s report reviewed and approved

III.               Discussed additional dumpster for fall

                  A. acquisition of additional dumpster unanimously voted down

IV.       Entrance clean-up successful.  Extra thanks to Darryl and Robin

V.                 Neighborhood picnic discussed.  Everything ready to go.

VI.              Street number painting headed up by Jim Barnhill will be completed soon.

VII.            Liz W. is new publisher of the Manor Banner

VIII.         No new news on trail for easement.  Jeffco needs to step up.
