7:10 meeting starts all members attend.
Minutes and treasurers reports were approved.

Julie Latrell will decorate entrance for Christmas
Yard of the month: Evans at 5021 Geddes
Oktoberfest- Sat Sept 24
Met at Joe's to set up at 11:00 am
Christmas party at the church at 5pm on Dec 18th
Meet there at 4pm to decorate and set up tables etc
Games: Minute to Win it/ White elephant gift exchange for adults and another for kids.
Meeting and party for x-mas at Moe's on Dec 14th
Will be Xmas yard decor judging also
Feb 11th, 2012- Valentines diner at the church
Amy Zal and Don Morgan will be missed.
Manor Banner- do a recipe corner and other articles of interest to our community
