Old Business:

Padilla family bought Don Godi's house. They are added to garbage pick up and Ann Marie will give them a gift basket.
Liz Renualt will move into Don Morgan's house. Bob Engel will get them a gift basket.
A contractor has bought Amy Zal's house and is totally remodeling it.
Kagiyama's house was sold to Home Vestors. It has been totally remodeled, and is on the market for 384,000.00.
Don Berkley has info about our neighborhood, narrow gauge railroad that went through here.
We now have 123 members in our association which is a new record.
Waste Management contract for 2012 shows no increase, and we will also get a new dumpster for no charge.
The Board approves.

New Business:

All board members will collect trash/CMPOA checks and give to Darrel in January.
Ann Marie has volunteered for the phone list.
Any container can be used for recycling. Doreen will write an article explaining it in the newsletter.
We will start a recipe page in the newsletter. Female Board members will be in charge of getting recipes to Liz for newsletter.

Christmas Party

Hiro to order pizza's and two gluten-free pizzas. Darrell to get the salad and salad dressings.
We will have minute to win it games, made up by Joe and Robyn will help him.
There will be two white elephant gift exchanges. 12 and under/13 and up.
Kids will go first.
Santa will arrive at 6:30. Ann Marie will be in charge of Santa and his gift certificate.
Robyn and Doreen will make up gift bags for Santa to hand out.
Joe will have sticky note name tags.
Female Board members to decorate and bring there own decor to church.
Guys in charge of table clothes, Darrel will bring.
